EthOss grafting in fully guided implant placement case with Paltop Guided Implant System. Female 51-year-old patient, non-smoker, non-contributory medical history. Extraction of fractured and infected 26 carried out 10 months ago. Digital planning showed possible buccal defect, so flap raised and grafting was necessary. As expected the buccal bone defect shown on the CBCT was not an actual dehiscence defect, just thin immature bone. In any case the buccal concavity was grafted as usual with EthOss. Very precise, quick and minimally invasive procedure.
